A workshop and lab to explore individual and collective improvisation, with movement and voice.

This space is for:

• Letting go of your expectations, your “knowledge”, and allowing yourself to dive deep into the present moment, the connection with yourself and with others.

• Unleashing your creativity through the power of creative void and cross-listening.

• Allowing things to move through you, and becoming the vessel for deeper message, deeper meaning, without intellectualization.

• Coming back to your wilder self, and finding community in doing so.

• Play, fluidity and exploration.

• Deep, body-felt, heart-felt connection.

This space isn’t for:

• Trying to perform or play a role.

• Therapy or advice.

• Creating a fixed form or fixed roles.

• Overstepping boundaries (yours or others’).

Aurélie Hartmann will be doing a solo concert at Roode Remise, a cozy restaurant and bar in the city center of Amsterdam.
Free entry on a first come first served basis, there will be CDs and vinyls for sale after the concert (bring cash).
